What is the Elk Pin Traders Website?
The website was built as a place for B.P.O.Elks who trade and collect Elk Pins to meet other Elks who share their interest. It provides our members with an opprtunity to meet and trade with Elks from all over the USA and Canada. It also allows them to be contacted by visitors to our site.

Can I join the Elk Pin Traders Website?
If you are an 'Elk in good standing', or the family member of an 'Elk in good standing', then you are eligible to become a member of our site. There are no other requirements but if you choose to join our Traders List then you should have pins that you can trade if someone contacts you.

How do I become a member?
Becoming a member and getting listed on the Pin Traders page is a very simple procedure. Just click on the 'Join The List' link at the bottom of the page, fill out the form and click the 'Join' button. Or send us an EMAIL with your name, your title, your Lodge's name & number and your City & State. With-in 72 hours your contact information will appear on the traders List.

How much does it cost to join?
There is no fee for becoming a member of this site and there never will be! We are members of the B.P.O.Elks who enjoy pin trading and we just want to provide a place for all Elk pin traders to meet and contact other traders. It costs us nothing to host this site or provide this service, so there is no need for us to charge anything. Of course, you could show your support for what we're doing by sending each of us one of your pins. Just kidding! We expect nothing for hosting this site, we do it because we enjoy it.

Who's responsible for the transactions between the Pin Traders?
The individuals involved in the actual transaction accept full responsibility for whatever transpires during that transaction. The owners/operators of this site accept no responsibility what so ever. However,if someone has a bad experience with a transaction, they can email us and we will try to address the situation.

What if I send a pin to someone and they don't send me one?
We have no control over what our members do or don't do. However, if one of our members agrees to a trade but then doesn't follow through, we will contact that member and ask them to complete their transaction. If they fail to do so they will be removed from the Traders List.
